1) Every product you buy from wwwzaroontrading.com is under the guarantee of the manufacturer and seller companies. For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer in good condition, our customers should contact the manufacturer or seller companies regarding the product.
2) You can return the product as you received it within fourteen (30) days from the date of delivery without using, destroying, / spoiling it. You can return the product to our address with the name of Zaroon Trading with a petition containing the delivery note, product invoice, and the reason for the return.
3) You need to open and check the packages that you think are damaged during the shipment in front of the cargo authority you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, the cargo company has accepted that it has fulfilled its duty completely.
Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed, etc., are not accepted. Products sent in this way will not be accepted and refunded by www.sanalmagaza.com.tr.
4) The customer is obliged to return the product as it was delivered to him and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.
5) For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer company should be consulted.
6) The fee will be refunded to your credit card within twenty working days at the latest from the receipt of the product with all invoice copies and the petition stating the reason for the return.
7) It takes between 1-6 weeks for this refund to be reflected on your credit card by your bank.
Open the package you received with the cargo officer and check your order. The product you check by opening it next to the cargo officer is deemed to have been delivered without any problem.
